The drivers side interior door handle are painted in a black matte paint, and I have several chips that I want to touch up. Does anyone know of a good paint that matches the OEM finish and color, thanks for any suggestions.

 

Krylon makes a Indoor/Outdoor paint that I was able to use for a few things

Look for either the Matte Black or the Satin black for a slight gloss

 

Touch-up usually doesn't do it, as the rest of the original finish will continue to deteriorate. Fully strip and refinish, and if you do it properly, it might last a while. Search for many threads here about the process.

 

You should post some pics.Are you talking about the area with the switches?
Or,the door latch assembly?If its the switch area,there are several paints
that can be used to refinish.However,in the long run,they are probably gonna
chip again.An option is to slap on some CF covers to the switch area.

 

Vinyl wrap that stuff. Do it right and youll never have to worry about it again.
