Default corbeau A4 wide

Hello Guys,

Please chime in and post ur opinions, Iam ready to put aftermarket seats in my car.

i am 6ft about 245 wear size 38 jeans..I lift hard..so iam having a wide upper back.

seat i am looking for based on budget, looks and comfort are A4 wide.

Please let me know, if these will fir the car without rubbing sides? and will it fit me..

also some say to shave 1 inch off the seat and use custom bracket..i am thinking planted technology for the brackets.

I don't know alot, but I have Sparco Torino 2 in my car. I'm 5'8" and 130lbs. And they are snug on me.

I think your going to have a bit of a rough time finding "racing style" seats that aren't going to be rubbing on you.

Just my 2 cents. I'm sure others will chime in though.

I am 6'2" and I got the Corbeau brackets for my A4 seats and I had to take them to a shop and have them take an inch of the rear of the drivers seat bracket. I have about an inch now before my head hits the roof. Plus the Corbeau brackets are adjustable still.

I went and measured my A4 seats. There is 2" between my seat and the door. The A4 wide is 1 " wider then the normal A4 seats, so the A4 wide should fit fine.

randy...u the man!! thanks bro...i do believe u measure between the highest wing point to the door inner side..if that's the case ur right..and i will place orders for these seats...i do have regular corbeau brackets..i believe they are too high i might go for the low mount planted technology brackets and shave 1 inch off my seat back.

I am 6'2" and in my stock seats my head was rubbing the roof. I had 1" shaved off my drivers seat. I got Corbeau brackets and had 1" shaved off the rear of the drivers bracket at a shop. Lots of head room now. The 1" shaved from the stat was done when I ordered the seats.
