BAT the piece around the shifter is very easy. You pull up the piece at the section closest to the rear of the car. Once that is up you have to unscrew the HVAC controls. The shift boot is connected to a plastic ring that also unscrews.
Once that is off you will see that the rest of the console mounts at the bottom with screws. from there I assume the rest is clip on. However I am unsure!
