Default How do I remove upper passenger panel?

hey guys,

I've been searching on and off for a few weeks on this, but how to I remove the upper passenger panel? I've attached a pic of how far I got.

I was able to remove the lower panel. I removed the 3 screws I highlighted, plus the one in the far right vent but can't find where else it's being held by.

I looked through the FSM but I couldn't find it.

I'm doing this to replace the passenger side center Air vent. It's held in by one screw I believe, but it's hidden under the top panel.

It simply cannot be done. I've attempted it twice, and both times gave up when it came time to un-bolt the airbag sensor and wiring. I hate that panel, b/c it's the single loudest squeak generator in the car.
If anyone else has done it, I hope they post here!
