Default Interior Door Panel Foam Help

Last time I replaced the window motor I noticed the foam had come "unglued" from the interior door panel. Wondering what kind of adhesive is used so that when I go back in to reset the pinch protection on the window motor I can take care of this as well.

Thanks in advance!

BTW this is on a 2003. I know later years had additional sound deadening that was not present in the 03.

You can find 3M spray adhesive at body shop supply stores, upholstery shops, fabric stores, etc.

See I was curious b/c it almost looks like dried wood glue. Looks like they used a bead around the edge and that was it. Dries a dark yellow, what was on there from the factory anyway.

Wood glue wouldn't stick to the non-porous plastic of the door panel.

3m spray

Spray both the foam and the panel where the foam is placed. Place it on the panel for a second then pull it off. Wait for the glue to become tacky then replace it on the panel.
