I love what you are doing with your kit bmccann. I can't wait to see your car finished. Those fenders look much better with paint on the blue car than they ever looked unmounted.
I'm starting to gather parts for my build but it won't be anywhere near as aggressive as your build.
I did see somewhere though that the Rocket Bunny kit is only 13k instead of the 20+ we thought it was going to cost.

Lol...well the bensopra kit is the one over 20k..
13k for rocket bunny is 2x the cost of the same kit for an FRS lol...not sure what their logic is there.
These fenders up top I just posted are gone now tho.. I sold them to my friend locally and bought amuse superleggera fenders .. Now I'm paying out the @ss to make them fit a normal bumper n flares.. Several grand I imagine
None the less..thank you

Yeah I'm not sure how they figured out their pricing on the Z33 kit. it seems a bit overpriced for what it is.
After seeing what a couple members here have done with making the old school Datsun S30 Flares work I think I may go that route just to keep things a little simpler compared to your plans.
When are you hoping to have your back on the road? Also are you going with a Chassis mount for your wing or have you not decided yet?

as far as the original post goes, I think these front flares look similar to the white 240sx that was posted. The groove should come down a little higher though, where the body line sort of cuts along the door (right above the Z emblem). Pretty cheap alternative though and being that their metal could be a plus.

if anyone on this thread is still intereseted in actually building something like this.. the Stardast gear is available now and is of incredible quality. The fit is better than an OEM part.
Price is about 2300 bucks shipped. Usual JDM wait time for production.. but very fast shipping.. contact me or Shingo Nogawa over Facebook.. my page is on the blue icon under my avatar here.
