hi all iam new on this form and would like some help on my 350z 2003, due to a crash i had the car parking for a year, now that is fixed i have some little problems, before i could turn on/off the lights anytime but now after i turn off the car,the lights stay on like for 4 minutes and then they turn off, is there a option to not having this delay, also the back wiper will always be on so i removed, what can be causing this? thanks

 

You obviously have an electrical problem. Since both your headlights and rear wiper are always on, I'd bet there is something screwy going on inside your steering column where those wires connect to the lever controls. Take it apart and inspect.

Why don't you take the Z back to the body shop that did the repair work. I think they must have done something wrong and it would seem it should be up to them to fix your car correctly.

 

My 03 headlights do that too. Just assumed it was natural. The lights work fine but when I turn the car off without turning the lights off first they take 3-4 minutes to turn off. Doesn't bother me.
