How do I remove these trim pieces? and antenna relocation?

How do I remove these trim pieces? and antenna relocation?
I'm getting my car repainted plus body work to fix hail damage.
My questions are how do I remove the circled parts in my picture? If these parts aren't easy to remove or they break whats my best alternative?
I plan on deleting my antenna, will It work just as good inside my rear quarter or should I put it somewhere like the rear bumper?
Lastly I'm going to remove all the badges, should I leave the Z's on the sides?
