aklmost not any lower than stock...the lips its more forward that it does downward....you are really only "lowering" the car by the thickness of the lip, which is minor

Veilside Z,

I'll arrive there in late April...hopefully the snow will be almost gone by then. I'll get the Z some steel rims and snow tyres for sure when I get there. Thanks for the tip. Do you see many Zs in Europe? Tad

Default Veilside V1 rear wing price

PhoenixINX,

I paid $666 for the rear wing plus $68 shipping from Texas to Maryland. The front lip was $255 plus the same amount for shipping. I bought them from MVP Motorsports. It took a week to get them and they were well packed. Tad

You'll be safe & sound by then - stick with the Rays

The Z is a rarity, deliveries only started in November 2003 &, certainly in the UK, supply is limited. I've only seen 1 other Z on the road so far, other than when we have meets...

You can check out the UK action at http://www.350Zuk.com/

I know one of the guys has driven over to Germany & given the Autobahn a go (posted a GPS verified speed of 152mph, speedo showed 157mph), another of the guys has managed a speedo indicated 160mph, but then ran out of road

These speeds were all in the winter weather, so you should have some high speed motoring to look forward to

Giles,

Thanks again for the information on the Z situation in Europe and the UK website. After getting settled in over there I look forward to driving around Europe and under the Baltic Sea to England. I lived in Ipswitch from 1966 till 1968. I also lived in Spain and Holland for three years each, and Danmark for a year. My mom is from Finland so I look forward to driving North in the Summer and visiting my relatives there as well. It will be great to see all of it and more now that I'm older. It would be great to attend one of England's Z meets. Tad

You'll be more than welcome, if you make it to England

Once you're in Europe, keep us posted &, when you know what you're doing with regards England, post a thread on the UK forum.

We look forward to welcoming you

can't decide which one to get...

urethane painted with chrome silver ($310 shipped + $120 painting)

or

carbon fiber $449 shipped

my car is lowered with Eibach, so I am also afraid that if I get the Carbon Fiber Lip, it would damage it... Urethane seems to be more resistance since it's plastic..

what should I do??

I agree with Veilside Z, go urethane, less expensive to replace if it get chewed up by a curb or a sharp angle of driveway, and, or rock chips at speed. That is why I chose the urethane lip. The fit was perfect too...no sanding of the inside of the lip at all. Took 10 minutes to install. Tad

I think the V1 pieces for the side of the car are the nicest.
