I brought home a full HT setup WITH a passenger, one time I had my passenger hold a radiator in his lap and hang it out the window the whole way home.

You do whatcha gotta do.

Rent a car from Enterprise for $35 and leave the Z alone

Since when is a rear strut bar that is an integral part of the rear chassis useless

Since it started getting in the way of 55" TV's and just sits there doing nothing (other than getting in the way).

While I smell troll, might I suggest a friend with a slightly larger vehicle?

I've used it as an excuse to keep the GF from packing too heavy.

I filled each side of the useless arch thing with amps and subwoofer so if you wanna bring something you have to hold it in your lap.

Keeps lots of people out of the car.

My girlfriend hates when I bring our dog for a ride. She says it's tight squeezing in the trunk with the "arch thing" (it's not my fault the dog likes sitting up front with me )

A man has to have his priorities. The dog will always be there for you. Can't say the same about her.

And she could have ridden on the roof if she hated the useless arch thing so much...

I can say I've had 2 passengers in the Z before. 3 people needing to get somewhere and the only option is a 2 seater car.

Sell your Z and buy a pickup or something. Z owners are too civilized to be seen with the animals on black Friday. It's like watching a lamborghni owner change his tire on the side of the road. Ain't nobody got time for that.

I agree it's an eyesore and very difficult to even get small items in. That said it does serve a purpose, I knew the z wouldn't have much room so it's not an issue for me. I was able to fit my exhaust in there it was just hard to do.

When I bought my z I didn't think about the fact I would only have two seats. Been in instances where friends wanted a ride home and I could only give one person a ride. Oh well. As you get older priorities change.

How's the job search going? We might have an open position for an assignment in Germany. I don't know how you feel about temporarily going to another country awhile.

55in still won't fit even if u remove the stabilizer, I took some measurements and even with it gone u fall way short unless u still want to ride with the trunk open... Biggest thing I got to fit was a 48 in after removing the passenger seat and putting it sideways from the back to the front with about 8 inches riding on my shoulder the whole way home. Not worth it, call a friend bro that's what they are for

The funnier part is that after this thread was posted, OP did not learn his lesson. He went ahead and posted it on several 350z FB groups....
