Reflector laws? (Virginia)

I've looked through the laws online and wasn't really able to find exactly what I was looking for.
I want to know if it's illegal in Virginia to remove the orange reflectors in the headlights of my 350z.
I read somewhere that you have to have reflectors on the front side of the car but maybe the reflectors in the front fenders count as that?
