Installing 06 headlights and tailights into a 2005

Installing 06 headlights and tailights into a 2005
I have a 2005 Roadster. I'm not sure if my current lights are LED? Something about 6 pin connector vs 8 if they are LED?
I found a good deal (i think). The guy is selling me 2006 headlights, tailights and the bottom rear lights for $235. He's willing to sell me the lighting wireing harness for $100.
Will I need the wireing harness for the 06 lights. Is there a seperate harness for the front and back lights? Is swapping out harnesses hard?
