anyone ever thought of placing LED's like this?

 

They only turn on when the door is open right?

Not really a fan of interior lighting. I actually have my interior lights switched off, even when the door opens. Only lights I like to see are coming from my gauges.

 

yeppp, I have them hooked up to the dome lights. I used to not have any lights either. I bought the car and they never came on, seems there was a lot of bad wiring done before and I sorted it out. The orange cluster took me some time to get used to, I didnt like it at first, but it grew on me.

 

I don't see a use for that, maybe in the reflector in the bottom of the door but why would I want to blind myself every time I open my door otherwise?

 

Too blinding, useless and a nusiance.


I wanted to put LEDs in the reflectors as puddle lights like my '97 Accord had, but I dont want them red lol.

 

I'll admit, I like lights, but I feel like that's a bit too much. IDK, unless your Z is a show car with everything modded out, I don't think this would look good in an average Z.
