I just got HID lights today and my friend installed them since i have no clue how they work (because ive never had them before on any car), or how to install, and tonight as i drove home i noticed they looked like these when turned on





could anybody explain this to me? and how (if possible) to make them like normal looking lol. (i mean it does look kinda cool, but i was expecting more illumination across the road in front of me in all directions)

Pics aren't working, but I'll guess the issue is cheap Chinese-made knock-off junk bulbs and/or housings. Try the pics again for confirmation.
