Ok I can get a authentic nismo v3 wing... But the dude wants 2k for it , Is it worth that for a used wing? I have the whole v3 kit except the wing.

 

I paid $1400 shipped for mine... 2K is way overpriced IMO.

and if i remeber correctly the nismo stuff actually adds down force...like 50lbs or something, nothing amazing, but still....racecar!

Get the ABS plastic replica. It weighs a couple lb more, and should fit pretty well.

Your car looks great the way it is. Problem for me is, I glued my spoiler on. In the middle of changing up the look but can't decide on what to get next to make it all flow together.

 

You can get a nice Voltex wing for less than that...just my $.02.

 

Yeah, the v3 wing is a gamble with any non nismo z. Maybe I'll try photoshop before taking the plunge. Also, this may never happen but I'm waiting for good DIY install pix of the v3. Either way, I'm in no hurry and may stay wingless for a while.

Blue - I wanted a salad bar wing (not voltex but something else) however, I'm not FI and don't want to be a NA poser sporting the gt downforce therefore, I turn to the v3. The asuka hatch is another option too but like an authentic v3, it's a rare find.

 

I had a non Nismo set up with a V3 if you guys look my old car up.

OP... is the wing the same color as your car? If so $2000 isn't too bad. It's the a 3 piece wing and to paint, they'll have to dissemble the entire wing which adds to the paint cost in labor.

 

It's not the same color ... My father does auto body I'm not really worried about the cost of painting it ... But as some else said i told the guy selling it I could get a gt wing for the same price. He has the wing and hatch for sale he originally wanted 4k for the combo and wouldn't separate but I talked him down to 2 k and to separate the pair... It's still a lot of money ...
