Default Dealer Bumper(s) Dings Direction

Long read ahead of you guys/gals, but I want everyone to make the most informed decisions to try and help me-will include cliff notes too.

Back Story:
Full INGS kit on my Z, rear is authentic, front is VIS rep. Front fitment is 8.5/10 and the paint match is bad in certain light. I'd say 8.5/10 as well. I would like to get it refitted and repainted, but don't want to come out of pocket(see reason later in post)

Rear is spot on for paint match with minor chips and touch up spots and great fitment, except for the part that is in between the exhaust tips. When I got the bumper it was banged up and melted from the previous owner's exhaust. It was also hitting my right canister and even with exhaust adjustment it wouldn't clear, so I trimmed and tucked all teh "cancer". This was an ok redneck fix as I sprayed it with some plastidip to hide it from being so obvious which worked well until the fiberglass cracked horizontally and caused "stress flex" aka uneven looking paint. My car is far from a show car or a "15 footer" (looks amazing from 15+ feet away).

The Problem:
I had the dealer replace my passenger side cat for free and upon picking up my car and driving home(actually 4 days later) and going to wash my car, i noticed a quarter sized chip in the center of the rear bumper and a scrape on the lip of the front bumper.

I called the dealer and asked for the Service Manager (SM) and he said he would take a look at it with the tech. The tech said "I didn't do that, our lifts don't even touch the front or back of the car" so I asked "YOu didn't do ANY work at the front or rear?" to which he replied: "well I had to use a jack under the rear diff to get it onto the lift". The chip is in the exact spot where a jack handle would hit.

I got the SM to agree to talk with the paint guy and see my options. After some delays we met up and the paint guy said he could bondo and blend teh paint, but since the front is off in paint, it may stick out. and since the rear has a certain "texture" to it from the bumper tuck it would look out of place either way. The SM is a "nice d!ck" meaning he would say "we would love to help you" but actually sounding like "stop being such a puzzy about a 25k car that we fugged up". He tells me that "i get what i get with the filling/blending; and that i'm lucky they are working on it since it's aftermarket and I can't prove they did it"

Side notes- I live in an area with winter 3-6 months of the year so I want to enjoy the Z while I can, but don't want to have this eye sore fall back on me

What are my options for action here? I tried to get him (SM) to give me a discount on refitting the front with repaint and not worrying about the rear and he said he couldn't help me there.

Cliffs
Front and Rear bumper aren't perfect to begin with
Dealership chipped and scraped my bumpers and only want to bondo/blend paint(repairs would be just as obvious as damage imo)
Service Manager is a huge d!ckface
I hate his face

Here are some pictures of the damage.
Pic 1 is the front damage
Pic 2 shows the fitment and paint match (or lack thereof)
Pic 3 shows the area where I did a bumper tuck on fiberglass and it flexed and cracked(not noticeable unless you squat down right up under it)
Pic 4 are the chips caused by the jack at the dealer

Live is too short to deal with people you dislike and have doubts about their intentions. These guys have already demonstrated carelessness, indifference, and incompetence. Trying to save a buck by getting them to provide some service in compensation will be the hardest (aggravation) money you will ever earn. Enjoy your car the way it is for now. Once you save up some funds and hopefully find a body guy who enjoys the challenge of fitting aftermarket stuff, get him to get handle that front bumper. At the same time he can improve your job of providing clearance for the exhaust. The INGS Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) doesn’t like being forced into a tight radius. At the same time he can make that chip from the jack handle disappear.

Dang. Words of wisdom as always. You make a very valid point. I was just discouraged because there is a huge lacking in any kind of car following in my area so there aren't many (if any) specialty shops. I'll keep my cash back rewards collecting for this occasion. Thanks for the response.

With a car like you have , you would have needed to go the extra mile to be pro-active , over reactive

I would have , and always would make an appointment to have my car serviced when the SM is on duty

at the time of service writer taking the car in , I would do a walk around , having the service writer note that car has no damage , and that you would like to have it back in the condition you dropped it off , finally point blank , can you do the work and not damage the car

now at the time of pickup there would be no question that they did the damage

This is an annoying case for me since the cat replacement has been "on schedule" since October 2013. I took the car in for diagnostics in mid October and actually said "this is my baby take extra care of her, she's a little bit lower than other 350Zs so just be extra careful please". I scheduled an appointment the following week, but it snowed, so I rescheduled, then again there was snow on the ground and since I don't drive it in the snow, I didn't want it out for no reason potentially getting stuck there over winter. I suffered through a long while during winter and the first hint of spring I made another appointment and again got caught with snow. This one just stuck outside my garage so even with clear roads I couldn't get it out.

FINALLY when I got the car in, I talked to the same tech and he said "yea, I remember this car, hard to forget something like this." So I felt I was in the clear. It sucks, but I think I may have to go with Jenn's advice and just suck it up and fix it later.

The car is by no means destroyed, but it does bother me... Guess I'll save my pennies and cans until I can afford paint and body work.
