I like those vortex generators. I've never seen them without a full rear diffuser.

That's too much imo. Plus, to use a g35 extension you'd have to have the hanger on the midpipe moved, wouldnt you?

That's about how far the Tomei on one of the track cars at z1 was. I really wouldn't mind either way. That doesn't look the worst.

I'd try buying an exhaust pipe flange - the thick type you custom weld onto a pipe. See what Vibrant has to offer. Something like this:

One might be enough, or maybe stack two to slightly extend the exhaust.

Bumper tuck, extend your tip (via ways others have posted) or get a shield into your bumper. Those are your options, just depends on your budget and look preference.

As for high-temp paint, probably wouldn't work that well in this situation but if you're 100% against the alternatives you could give it a try.

that maybe just enough to get it just beyond the bumper. CAn anyone confirm this one as the correct size to the tomei?

Those are the ones that Shine replicated without all the rivet holes. 100 shipped, I have a set. You can trim the inside "leg" and still run the bumper tuck.

I have no idea if that's the correct size, I just picked a random one to show you. You're best bet is to measure the inside diameter of the pipe you have.

Yikes, MY JIC Ti didnt have any issues or my current custom single.

I'd Make one. Create mold on the tucked bumper with fiberglass or carbon and overhang it to rivet to the bumper. Done. Many DIYs on the internet to do it. and far cheaper than what was suggested already.

i think a some stainless steel sheet metal riveted to the bumper would look good and protect it.

This is how mine turned out. I haven't noticed any burns yet.
