Default Ares LED Lights by License Plate

I finally got my White LED Parking lights from Ares. Since putting them up in the headlights would require more work and I wanted to see what they looked like I put them in place of the license plate lights.

I don't know how they look like in the front compared to stock but they look a lllllooooot better in the the back. Gives the car a nice look at night compared to the dull yellowish color of the back. I like their color so much I'm going to order another set to replace the front.

Im going to try to get some pictures later but I definetly suggest you get a set. They really are great looking and Ares is great to deal with.

Default Pics of lights

Pics

Sorry I don't know how to put the pictures directly in post, ill work on that some time soon.

They aren't the clearest and I regret not getting comparison shots but look at the pics and go look at your car. It just looks a lot better and I have yet to see another car with lights like these by the license plates. Order a set from Ares. You'll like 'em

Wren- 2 minutes before me. Installing in the rear is extrememly easy. Bend down and look under and youll see one side that you will be able to just pull on gently and the plastic will pop out. You pull that out and just turn the light a little and it comes out and then you just have to change it and put back. Both lights would take even the most cautious person 3 minutes

Looks good, maybe a little brighter although my pictures don't do the lights justice. They have the appearance Djs lights have if you were to see them in person.

Dj, do you sell lights? the address in your signature doesn't work.

Those look pretty good! I was going to get a second set for the license plate, but ended up getting some cheapys on ebay instead. It still looks pretty good, but the light output isnt nearly as bright as ares lights. For parking lights, ares bulbs are superior.

Heh.. I still have the cheapys from Ebay. I got pulled over one time by a not so nice cop. He said my lights were blue. Funny, eh?

I only hooked these up for testing.

I don't sell Luxeon mods. That's why Ares is doing that. It takes alot of convincing to get me to make some for sale simply because I'm too busy with school work. (Programming bites ****).

Any Luxeon mod you see are for local owners (none right now), and maybe other cars.

I totally forgot about the link.

Go to http://members.***.net/djtonium

It's like XP style.... so go to Pictures -> Hobbies -> LED for pictures. If you like more of the work I do, I can send pictures.

Hehe... thanx. It's been getting alot of attention since I first brought it up.

So.. where are those turn signals??? I have people asking me about brake lights, but those are low priority for me.

ohhh def., that sounds good, the turn signal and the interior lights. Realistically will you be able to finish the interior lights tom. and if so, when would be you able to start selling them? Id like in on a set provided the price isn't ridiculous now that I will be waiting for the dual LED light for the parking lights.

I have my hobby project set for this summer...
I'll be working on a WRX, an Accord, and a Civic.
This includes gauge modifications and 194 replacements.

As for my car... I'll be working on new signals, parking light, and reverse lights.

I need to get a dremel tool since making this stuff by hand sucks dookie...
