^^^yeah that's what I figured too. I was skeptical of the "blending" since the color match seems a little better but still off which isn't what blending is. I figured they just resprayed the bumper.

BUT, I also noticed that most of the rock chips have been fixed. Also a scrape on my fender is no longer there. This should be evidence of the panels being worked on no?

 

Could be. I can't say for sure without seeing it.
