how's the rice factor, compared to say, this wing on an rx7 (which I've seen on real life - not knocking this wing but it's the only one i've seen in person for comparison)

Got rice too. Its like one of the lines outta the cartoon show from japan, Inital D (about drifting). He sees the wing on the rx7 and says something like, "is the guy trying to fly?" cant remember the exact line.

I say its ricey and my girlfriend does too. If you are trying to impress the 2fast2furious crowd get it. If you are trying to impress the chicks, women, and everyone else get the Nismo or stocker.

The Veilside V1 spoiler is big. But I like it. Specially the top part of Carbon fiber. And I think it looks better for a show car than a daily driver.

I agree, in the end it's going to be what i like most but..

<begin useless background info>

I live in Toronto and there's a HUGE number of riced out civics, integras, even imprezas that really turn me off to the ricer look... and my previous car was pretty heavily modded with the big exhaust/body kit and I just don't want to do that to my Z....

... so that's why i want to ask everyone's opinion before i do anything i might regret a few years down the road... i'm 24 now, and when i'm 28 i don't want to look at my car and think: "what the heck was i thinking???

call it insecurity

</end useless background info>

anyway, thanks for the input so far! please keep them coming!

I like it. I think that one and the NISMO one is the best that I have personally seen. I'm on the search for a spoiler as well. Even with those two, I am looking for one even better..because between those designs they can be improved IMO.

Hi guys, I really think that the VS1 isn't too big, but personally I prefer the VS2, it gives a smoother line to the rear end of the car! An it covers the Nissan logo holes :-)

Btw, I think the Nismo Rear Wing is quite uglier and ricier than the VS Stuff! I know in the US a lot of people have the Nismo kit, because it can be purchased a your Nissan Dealer! That's not the case in europe, so we don't see the kit very often. The kit is OK but the wing is kind of Dodge crap!
