Thank you for the kind words
Yeah, it definitely does need a drop IMO. Plus if you have a wing, that sort of makes the car "look" higher off the ground as well. I'm going with Tein S-Tech springs, which is a nice subtle drop, and will be ABOUT an inch especially if it settles any after a month. But its .7 front, .6 rear I think. I'm not sure about running the 40 instead of 35's to be honest. There's obviously considerable space, so I'm sure it could be done. And as far as how the wheels are -- I love them! The grip is much improved, and I finally have ZRated tires of course
I just cant wait for some warmer weather though...

Yep, exactly. The body shop I went to put on I think 3 layers of primer before painting the wing. They really wanted to make sure the paint would stick and wouldn't seep through or anything.

hey zxsaint..to answer your question about ride quality...even though the tires are much thinner than stock, they are also wider
when i put my 19's on with 245/35 and 285/35 i drove on the same roads that i had been driving on for a while and the new setup was muuuch smoother
yes, you do have to be a bit more careful on potholes but assuming you get some forged wheels you should be fine
i hit a number of potholes with my 19's and they held up fine
