You can, but you need all the pieces from the later car. You can't mix the early and late parts.

You need all the pieces in the center of the interior. The console with the cubbyhole door, the shifter surround, the handbrake console, and the side panels. You can keep your gauges, the shifter and handbrake.

I changed the interior of my 05 Roadster to 07-08 Nismo. The door panels have red stitching, but otherwise, the Nismo interior is the same as any other 06+ interior. The console up to the gauges, but not including the gauges have to be changed, the knee pads and door panels also have to be changed. I installed the 06+ CD6 Bose radio too which looks better.
