Default Fuel Gauge and DTE read empty. HELP!

Im having an issue that i cannot resolve. My fuel gauge reads empty always, as well as the DTE in the center pod. I have replaced the sending units, A/C amplifier AND the gauge cluster, all with zero effect. Extensive searching has shown a couple of other with this issue yet no threads show a resolution. Has anyone had this issue and fixed it? Im hoping i don't have to tear the entire dash apart and chase wiring. Input is welcome!

Default

The only other possibility seems to be the wiring, either between the sending units and the A/C amp, or between the A/C amp and the gauge cluster. If the latter were the case, you would also see problems with your tachometer and coolant temperature gauge, so I suspect the wiring or connections to the senders.
