Hummmm... Not sure that you understand what we're doing at this store. First of all Jason and I love our cars with a passion! We have been waiting for Nissan to release the Factory Nismo kits since it was PROMISED in October of last year. Nissan has been saying they will release it "next month" for 5 months now ...... with no new release date in site. The kit on my car was made by our race shop to show what was coming and a demand followed shortly thereafter. We made a few for sale to the public, but then shut down production almost as fast. As soon as a factory kit is available, the "fake" kit will come off my car and the US Nismo "Factory" spec one will go on with a step by step posted on this forum. We are just a vendor like anybody else trying to make a living and offering the public what they want at a fair price. Your comment, "Thanks for flooding the market with crap. Kudos guys kudos" , I don't realty understand. I feel we have always offered the members of this Forum a service? We must be doing something right as our shop is full of Z's and G's getting light to heavy mod's everyday. Maybe if you have time, come by and check out our shop and kick back with us and the handfull of forum members that are usually here.

 

Here is a little something to know about my self...

I am a car enthusist first... I started working for Performance Nissan long after I purchased my Z... Infact... I paid $1400 for my Nismo Exhaust when it first became available...

I have to pay for my personal parts... Infact... For alot of parts I have to pay more with how our dealership does employee sales... Example... I sell YOU Nismo Wheels for $1850... It costed me $2054.07...

I was originally waiting on the official NISMO Kit but just like most people on this board... I am impatient and want things NOW... So I jumped on this when I heard about it because my car just got all of its striping taken off and the design I am putting on my car now is modled around the Nismo bodykit...

We do not only deal NISMO... We deal with more parts manufacturer's then people have posted in this thread... Unlike most vendors who are out to sell parts to make $... I would rather sell you a part I make less money off of that will give you more performance for you!

Looks great. If it is just CF overlay how is the weight savings? I realize that just a wing ownt make much difference but I am wondering if the auto open of the trunk works better now with a lighter wing. I hate having to pull my trunk lid open because of the nismo spoiler.
Also is the base better fitting than some of the other knockoffs out there? That is where the problem seems to be mot of the time. Pricing yet? Thanks guys.

my boy has the same kit (blue z w/ skyline rims) ...i thought it was a real CF kit at first, that would be crazy it's still a nice kit, haven't seen it on silver Z yet!

Left work tonight.. soo excited about my body kit and most of all getting to drive my z again after almost a month without it...

Drove to my new apartment i just moved into... no way im getting up the driveway.. so on the street i park..

get online, make some calls, go on my way for the evening... get to my friends house, drop off some things... show off the new kit... I leave... hop on the 210... a new Ferrari pulled up next to me, and then I just crused bhind him... about 70mph we were going... i noticed a cop in my rear view, he pulled up next to me then back behind me, then next to me then behiind me... I figured I would get a ticket or harrased about my kit and tinted windows or something petty like that... Then thank you mr ferrari for darting off and the cop followed him... then i proceed to drive to pick up some $ i lowned to someone... (*bout damn time i got it back*)... as I was getting my $ i noticed smoke coming from my hood.. OH NO IS MY NEW CF HOOD MELTING!!!!! No... and it was pitch black in the parking lot and I couldnt see much... So I figured I would see it in the garage at my old apartment where I was off to next to pick some other things up...

Pulling out of that parking spot a pool of coolant on the floor.. I say to my self... oh **** what now... and call up Bryant one of our parts specialists at perf nissan... I just asked if he thought I would be cool just buying some coolant and pouring it in... then ... my temp gauge DARTED (as quick as my flywheel revs up) to HOT and I pulled into a malls indoor parking lot... even more coolant pouring out... I pop the hood... GREEN EVERYWHERE! Look down... WHAT THE BLOODCLOT! The lower radiator hose was mutalated by one of the pulleys... I think to my self... great... tow truck time... A nice guy pulled up in a hooked up S14... we talked for a while.. turns out I met him before and he knows another friend of mine with a S13...

Tow truck eventually came... and now 6 hours later after I left work to do 3 quick little stops... I am back home... car less.. I cant go to sleep tonight becaues I need to some how get my car to Performance Nissan..

But! Check this out! And I am sure he is reading this and I am sorry I didnt get back to you, but! I COULDNT FIND A LOWER RADITOR HOSE!!! THE SAME PART YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THAT IS BACK ORDERED TOO!!!!! So, we are both probably out a car fora while... I am going to go to every pep-boy's and little shop that might have it.. and If I find one, I will buy you one too...

What a night...

BUT! The body kit... OH MY!!! It looks SOOO SEXY!!!! I dont know if any one else has the Fuzion hood, but can you take out the plastic that is plugging the holes? I tried while I was waiting for the tow truck but it seems it is sealed on there... I really wished they were oppen vents... On silver stone, the way to have this kit is with the full CF showing... Paint would take away from the beautiful contrast... AND with my black wheels.. I think it looks hot...

I will post some photos when I am not on Dial Up like I am now... but... I wont show the back because I have some stock wheels on while one of my Powder Coated LMGT4's is being repowder coated...

Oh well... back to the shop I go...
