Default [Help] RUST!

So I have a few rust spots that I'd like to take care of. I'd just like some advice as to the best way to take care of them.

The first one is a deep paint chip that caused rust. I already got a quote on the cost to repair the damage, and repaint the fender.

The other 2 look like rust that formed on the paint? When I pressure wash my car, water gets in through the weather seals on the trunk. I might have to replace them?

I need to make sure to dry under the hatch next time...

Anyways here are the pictures:

I wash my car every week since I live in Iowa, and the salt here is terrible.

What? The car didn't show any rust until I brought it to the North, the sar is originally from Georgia/Florida. That rust occurred after I neglected to dry the water from under the trunk hatch. I've looked all over the car for visible rust before buying it, and yesterday I lifted the car and double checked underneath as well for any rust.

I don't think I have any more rust than the spots I've shown. I'm not the original owner though sadly :/

Car hasn't been in Florida for 4 years, almost 5 now. There was no rust on the car until just last week, except for the fender. The small spot on the fender wasn't rusted at all until I brought it to Iowa, from Georgia.

The car's paint is original, except for the front bumper, but that's not a metal.

Nvm, guess I'll take it back to the body shop and see what they will charge me.

I've already been quoted $1800 to repair and repaint the fender, to realign and repaint the front bumper, and repaint both quarter panels because they have deep paint chips.

Might as well see what it would cost to just repaint the entire car.

The fender looks like it was damaged since the paint is chipped...maybe tire bottoming out.

No need to pressure wash the car. Probably why there is rust under the trunk lid.

The tire isn't bottoming out. The damage was there when I bought the car sadly :/ The fender is pushed outwards a bit.

And yeah that's what seems to be the culprit, when I pressure wash it, the water gets through the weather strip. But others are saying the rust was there to begin with.
