Just the bumper fascia or the entire bumper with the metal bash bar and underlying structure?

Gonna guess you just mean the urethane (or whatever it's made of) front fascia....

Bumper cover is ~10 bolts on the bottom and like 3 behind the inner fender liner, a bunch of the classic nylon rivets on the top. Nothing to it. Get yourself a panel clip remover (<$10) and go to town with it and a 10mm socket. Takes about 30 minutes the first time, half that the second time on.
