Default Interior Issues

Hey all,
First time posting on the forum. Been reading and learning a lot. My girl has had her 350Z for years and I wanted to give the inside some TLC.

Two questions with non-photos:
1) Is there a way to clean the trim that appears to have stain damage from the AC?
2) During higher rates of speed I've noticed you can hear the wind on the driver's windows, is this a weather strip or a full piece?
Photos below with other questions.

This part is extremely hard to close or open at times. Also, you can see the damage to it. Suggestions to fully replace this part or ways to fix it fully?

This Z console area does not open unless using something to pry it to open. What is typically the issue on this?

Those are aftermarket dash pieces that were glued on to the stock pieces. My simplest advice is to dump them and get used ones from eBay. They are cheaper now on eBay. They are easy to swap out

Great to know. I had no idea,, but I figured it was a little strange. I will look into replacement parts for the dash. I'm assuming this includes the door handles?
