Default Issues with interior turn signals and headlights

I recently had the rearview mirror fall off my car and it took a chunk of glass with it, when it did that I didn't have the screw driver necessary for removing the mirror so I ended up having to cut the harness off. Otherwise I would have had just a dangling mirror.

When I cut it two things ended up happening, my interior turn signals no longer end up lighting up inside my car. This isn't that big of a deal other than I leave my turn signals on for 10 minutes at a time sometimes. (Not bad for me, annoying for other drivers, and obviously poses a huge safety concern)

The other thing that happened is if I leave my headlights on and turn the car off and get out of the car the car won't make any noise. Hasn't been a problem, but if I kill my battery during the winter I will be an unhappy camper.

I don't have the wiring harness but the mirror looks like it's just a combination of three wires. I was wondering if there was anyway I could get those all back together and have the turn signals work. The mirror was one of those onstar mirrors with a bunch of other buttons on it. It's an 05 350Z.

Ever think of checking the fuses?

This is a fuse blown, I believe it is the Electrical Acc. one under the dash in the kick panel on the driver's side.

Yep. When you cut the wires with your metal cutters, you shorted the power wire to the ground wire and popped the fuse. BTW, why did you cut the wire? It unplugs.
