Default LED High Beam Bulbs for '03 - '05?

My fruitless searches have led me to believe that no one besides me has attempted this.

I purchased a pair of H7 LED headlight bulbs to replace my halogen high beam bulbs, but it seems fitting LED bulbs for high beams is next to impossible.

Because the high beam bulb is located behind the sealed dust cover, there is little to no room for the LED bulb's external driver to fit inside that small space. The LED bulb's heat sink (which contains the fan) doesn't appear to be too large to prevent the dust cover from sealing, but I can't seal it anyway because I don't know where to put the external driver.

Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any LED alternatives?

Get the Bi-Xenon lights, far superior than the 03-05 lights in every way

I found pairs on Amazon, the "bulb" part of the light looked long, or they had shitty reviews. I assume the H3 designation means they are supposed to conform to some sort of standard. When I compare lengths, I can't find ones that look like they will be short ***** enough compared to the Halogen equivalent.
