well since i already had the JDM CF finisher i decided to keep it and modify it to fit over the veilside lip(urethane). turned out great! gives my Z just a tiny bit of originality. i will install the rest of the kit this weekend.
here is the link to 9 pics of the modification plus other old and new pics of my Z.

my Z is at stock height. ever since i changed out the wheels (for the second time) it has had the illusion of being lower . the last set of wheels i had did not give the same drop effect.
That's funny....I was toying with this idea when I got my V1 lip.
I forgot to tell the Painters to sand off the Veilside logo on the lip (not a big fan of brands) so I was wondering how a finisher would look there. I gotta admit it does look pretty nice on your car...the finisher is probably a little more than I'm willing to pay but if you have it already..why not.
nice job.

the look of the VS lip with the JDM CF piece has convinced me to continue to use CF as part of my color sceme. i am going to purchase Plenty of CF fiber pieces for here and there with the goal of a simple but sleek look. i probably won't do the CF hood thing this time around, just smaller less noticeable CF parts. here is my last ride, my color scheme was black and red(+anodized red). plenty of work almost exclusively done by me.
