Default Need tinted silverstone and super black Z pics...

I apologize for asking for this, but the search is still not working and I really need to see what different tint types and percentages look like on the z. Me and my buddy (he has a black and I have a silverstone Z) are going to get our cars tinted this weekend and I'd like to get an idea of what we should get in terms of percentages and tint types. Please post any pics you may have of your tinted SS/SB z's along with the percentage/type etc.

Thanks!

20% sides...5% back

Its dark at night...but in the day time you can see in well enough that cops shouldn't hassle you while still being dark enough to look classy

Back 5%

The driver and passenger window are 15% and the rear quarter windows and rear window are 5%. 5% is pretty dark, and at first was hard to see out the back at night especially. But when my subs melted after being installed for 2 days with no tint i decided to go as dark as possible. plus it's pretty much impossible to see them now so it may be helping to deter thiefs.

(I hope the pictures attach)

well i can only post 1 pic at a time because i dont have a place to host the files.

as you can see it was raining that day and overcast so the tints look especially dark.

here is a side profile

and last but not least, the rear window.

also,
i have had no problems with cops in FL. The only time i've ever heard of a person getting a tint ticket was a friend who got pulled over for rolling through a stop sign during the wee hours of the morning and the cop letting him off with a fix it ticket for his tints which are 15%, and never had to get fixed.

Dark tints look great on the SS!

Ive heard absolutly no tint can be on the front window, but ive also seen where it says you can have up to 5% on the front windows, not sure what to believe. But for the back windows it can be as dark as you want.
