Question Water on my knee with window cracked

Im sure everyone has this problem, you guys in the desert southwest might be clueless, but i live in Chicago.
It rains and snows here and i drive my Z year round. The problem is when i would like to get some fresh air, and it happens to be raining, even the smallest amount i can roll my window down, with every swipe of the windshield wipers i get a leg soaked with water.
Not to mention my freshly cleaned door skins.
And everyone knows with the texture of the inside door skins how hard they are to clean.
Anyone have a solution or do i just have to stand in the rain to get fresh air? (but then id still get wet...........)
I dunno if they make any aero-dams like on suv's (DAMN gas guzzlin SUV's) to keep the wind and rain out of the car.
Anyway, thanx for any replies.

Chas

The only solution I've found is to turn the A/C on. You forgot to mention the waterfall when you make quick right turns...

Default Ah hah!

Instead of the driver's side window, crack down the passenger side window and put a towel down!

buy a cigarette lighter powered fan put on your front cup holder. 18 wheelers will respect you.

What's wrong with the A/C?

I think that any guards you put up there are going to look ghetto, so A/C is probably your only option.

Maybe I'm just dumb, but how is having the a/c on going to stop the water from coming in the car? My drivers side does this really bad, but strangely my passenger side doesnt. I usually just crack the other window....
