stupid question but a little confused. Is the Nismo or Replica front a front bumper or a front Lip? Thanks for the help guys

How do the rears stay in place? I guess just double sided tape? I love the Nismo kit but I'm not too crazy about the rears. Jeff or Jason, how much is the Nismo front bumper?
