For those who bought the replica nismo kit, How does it fit? And which company makes the best fitting?

I got mine from Performance Nissan. Fitment is good. I had them do the paint and install. Very pleased with the results.

its a hit & miss, sometimes thier good, sometimes not. Problem is most instances if you get a bad one, you'll be stuck with it.

 

I got my CF kit from VIS Racing. Fitment of the side skirts was excellent. Fitment of the front bumper cover required a bit more fitment work, and it was a tight squeeze to get it under the headlight assemblies. I could not reuse the foam piece that sits in front of the aluminum bumper.

Finished product is very good. I would recommend, but like any replica kit be prepared to put in some work, or pay your body shop some coin to get it right.

what the different between Fiberglass and Carbon Fiber? which one will last longer? i may place an order soon!!

 

If you're trying to decide between the two, I'd go urethane. It won't crack if you hit something.

We have had amazing fitment results with the kit we have been selling. like the one we recently put on BlueBatMobiles car... The fiberglass is think and top quality for FG... I have the Carbon Fiber kit on my car... the front bumper was a tight fit, but it is expected for a large curved piece... Mine cracked because one of the tech's walked up and said here let me help and just jammed the palm of his hand into it and CRACK... and he not knowing what it was... oooooh i was soo mad...

the wing its self is $275 plus ship... we can NOT ship a painted wing... nor anyother body kit part painted...

looking good Bat!! I don't know what to do order it right now or wait until nismo release it, but the good news is i'll wait until i'm on vacation to install the bodykit(summer time). hey Jeff how long does it take to install and paint the full bodykit including the wing?

 

Does anyone have the Nismo Kit that is made out of Urethane for sale? The full kit including rear spoiler. Very interested if so.

 

Not yet... it was due out in October.... LAST YEAR!!! and then due out every month since then. We all got tired of Nissans broken promises and moved on. At the AIS show last weekend, they told me it would be out....... you guessed it..... next month. YEA RIGHT!!

 

I will give the NISMO front bumper a try, ordered from Performance Nissan, will post pics when done..

 

i noticed that EVERY nismo replica kit has a few problems. The wing doesn't fit 100% flush, the sideskirts are a little short, the front bumper is short too. I've seen worse kits made for other cars though... and only YOU and other Z enthusiasts would notice. For the price, you can't really go wrong.
