MY GETTO DIY sunvisor EXTENDER!!!! (03 Z owners only)
ok, so i m tired of my sunvisor being not long enough!! I dont want to have my left side of my face darker than my right side.
here are some pictures of my DIY sunvisor extender

basically, i just use a clear plastic wrapped around the visor, and put a card board like material in the insert.
appearance: not too noticable, really depending on what color you choose
usefullness: very very effective

however, the 04 visor would cost about $60-70...just one

sorry man, but that thing is pretty aweful looking. you only need to swap the drivers side, the passenger can fend for themselves.

Why don't you just slice the fabric and insert that plastic piece into the fabric? The way you have it looks really ghetto.
I'd either drive with the sun in my eyes or pay up and get 04 visors.
This has to rank up there with that member who wired his sub and placed it in the passenger footwell!

If i'm not mistaken, doesn't the big black dotted/shaded area right behind the rear view mirrow prevent the sun from coming in??? I'm gonna have to go check my car in the sunlight, but man that is a real ghetto setup!!! You would've been better off putting a tin-foil strip across the top of the front window. But hey, if it serves its purpose, then more power to you.
