I was interested in getting this front lip but noticed that the underside of this lip will also cover the under body trey of the car. If this lip is installed how do you get to the screws to remove the cover to change your oil?

guess what...i can actually answer that question....

the front lip does NOT need to be removed to drain the oil

all they have to do is remove some of the rear screws of the oem underbody tray....after that they can pull it back a little and drain the oil

when i went for service i had the lip on my car..

I guess it is possible to drain the oil with the lip on, but what about the oil filter? Its alot closer to the front of the car and I dont' see how you could get at that without removing the underbody trey.
