Basically you will just have to remove the 3push pins inside the wheel well. There are the ones with the slots on top of them. You just need to take a flathead screwdriver and push in one of the slots and twist.. There should also be a screw at the upper,outer part of the wheel well where it meets the outer fender. There will also be I believe 4 10mm bolts on the underside of the bumper. Once all of these are removed the inner fender should slip right out. You will the have to remove a big round circular plate that cover the lights. Just twist it to remove it. This should expose the lights.

 

I would also recommend going with a real HID kit. Those 7000k bulbs wont put out hardly any light and you will have trouble seeing. Investing in a real kit is definately a great mod on a base. I did one myself along with many others on here and they look great.
