Default Nismo or Vizages (JP) Body Kit?

I'm thinking of getting a body kit for my Brick Z but I'm stuck about which kit to get. I'm considering a fiberglass Nismo replica, an unpainted carbon fiber Nismo replica or a fiberglass-reinforced plastic Vizages (JP) kit. What do you guys think?

nismo if you want (relatively) subtle

vizage if you want extreme

I'd say it really depends on what you're going for... IMO the vizage takes away from the lines of the Z and makes it look like a different car. Don't get me wrong, it's HOT and one of my fav extreme kits, but the nismo definitely keeps the stock lines better

Is the nose on that kit a bit longer than stock? Seems like it is a tad bit extended.

yeah, it's a little longer. Not as long as some, but it does extend the front out, particularly at ground level..

The vizage is okay.. I really dont like the open vent next to the left headlight if u can bondo that and close that vent it look really nice.. I went with front lip kit by greddy cause live where their are some crappy streets and it wont be that expensive to replace a lip kit rather then a whole bumber..

Yeah, lots of people don't like it because they say it "breaks the symmetry" of the car. I understand their point

The cool thing is that it is a functional vent, allowing ram air directly into the intake rather than the turbulent air coming from the grille. Not sure how much of a difference it makes, but it sounds good on paper.

the vizage is pretty extreme but looks fantastic none the less.....the nismo does keep the lines proportioned on the z & also looks nice w/o being distracting or too aggressive. my personal favorite is the ING+1 n-spec. semi-aggressive yet flows nicely IMO.......

so who has quality nismo replica pieces? ive always been too afraid to purchase replication parts but ive heard many here with great results!

Wow! Didn't realize this thread made it back after so long. I eventually went with the full urethane Kaminari kit. Kcobean your car looks great with the Vizages kit. I was almost going to go with the Vizages kit but I couldn't find any vendors that had one in stock at the time.

I would like to see my kit again, too. I'll post pics when I get my car back from the body shop and the dealership. Some a**hole parked his Lexus on my front bumper. After that is repaired it goes to the dealership to take care of some TSBs.

Check out MSOsr's DB w/Kaminari kit and DIS spoiler
https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....light=Kaminari

maserom also has a DB w/full Kaminari kit
https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....light=Kaminari

There are a few others with the kit also.
