I know that one of forum Mods, TXSTYLE did this to his Z, and it looked really good! So I'm thinking about doing this mod too, but I don't know what modifications are involved in the process.

Does the OEM celica spoiler fits right into the Z witout any modification on it? (Other than drilling on the trunk, of course)

I have OEM Z spoiler. Is it held by double-side tape without any drilled holes or it's held by screws?

Also, I heard that when installing spoiler, it's better to remove the weight in the trunk so it can still pop up after the spoiler installation. Where is it located? How do I remove it?

you have 4 screw holes on your rear hatch and of course doulble side tapes too.
i don't think its celica wing. i was reallly into that spoiler and there are 3 treads of those.
1 in body forum, 1 in private classfied for group buy and 1 in forum>gallery>color>black coupe under "JDM something" title.

there were arguemnt that its cellica's or not and if you find those 3 treads, you will see pic of redline Z with celica wing and it looks a bit different.
find those 3 treads. and for your body work, you have 4 holes to deal with.
