From: Maryland wide body country!!!
Thanks Mike.
The fenders are not molded. I would have never gotten my car back. I did have them fill the bolt holes and not use any rubber btwn the fenders and the body. that smoothed her out a lot and with the car being black it may be better not having it molded. There are more lines to reflect light. The only problem with covering the holes is not being able to take the kit off. But u know all about that
I had the car out for two days and got mobbed at sears (all of the service guys came out to take a look) tweeter, and a thousands of thumbs-up on the road.
It was so difficult getting her into the air. There is no room to get a jack under her and the front is too low even for a good set of ramps.
Kinda weird getting all of that attention. Gonna take some time getting used to it all. I am also gonna miss taking her to the track. I was silly in thinking I wouldn't loose any of the Zs drivability.
thanks again for the kind words and the help u have offered along the way.

def a nice job
as far as getting a jack under the car....my kit is also very low (4.5" in the front)....not sure about the sides but the stock jack fits underneath..then i jack it up a bit to get my trolley jack to fit
its a real PITA but its worth it to have a nice kit
like i said in the other thread...remove the emblems

Like the kit. Think of doing the V3 also only the narrow body.
As far as the ground clearance, did you lower it?
Is the lower member at the bottom of the front bumper as real problem? Or is it just because the front bumper is so low?
Also, where did you get the mini spots? I've been trying to track those things down for a month and have not been able to find them.
GREAAAT JOB!
