Had fun paging through this very lengthy thread. Car looks awesome...I have 295's on mine with stock fenders...REALLY like the looks of your custome widebody. I don't have the $s to do it right...so gonna live with what I've got. Besides...you put that much rubber on the pavement, you've almost obligated yourselve to spend some serious bucks increasing horsepower. Looking forward to seeing the completed pics!

295's are some wide tires as is. I am sure your car looks good with that size tire. I am going to get work done on my motor after I get back from SEMA. As it stands now I think I am going to do the AEBS Stroker Kit and the APS twin turbo kit along with some other stuff. My hope is to have 1000 rwhp on Race gas and high boost and 600 on pump gas with lower boost.

All my performance work is being done by the best shop in Houston. Tom at Light Speed Performance really knows whats he's doing. I would not take my car to anyone but to him!

I give you kudos for being willing to stick that kind of cash into this car. I think you're going to have one hell of a ride when it's said and done. For me...well, I just can't justify that kinda dough...if I could, I'd spend it on a Turbo Carrara (matter of fact...your car is starting to look more and more like one of those anyway...maybe you're onto something here?) Hell, with a couple emblem changes no one is going to believe yours started life as a Nissan anyway! Got any recent pics? I'm anxious to see your baby with some color!

Hey Justin
Its good to talk to you again. I am having problems sending a PM to you so I will just give you the info here.

The Wald kit is by far one of the best kits I have ever seen as far as quality. The kit fits very close to the contour of the stock bumper. I am not sure of the fitment of the splashguards to the kit. I would love to tell you that it would fit but I am just not sure. I will take one of my splashguards to the body shop tomorrow but with the mods that have been done I am not sure if that would be a good fit. This is what I would do. Send an email to Jon Pek at www.jonari.com asking him about it. Jon is a very good guy and will be more then willing to give you the information you need. Just send your questions to info@jonari.com and put Attn: Jon Pek. Let him know that you have been following the progress of my car on the site and I sent you to him. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks Dawwoo,

By the looks of it you have a nice fat a$$ too.

I will start a new thread for the motor mods.

This car has been like a snowball. It started with just a few new things and now look where I am. How can I have the car look the way it does with out it performing the way it looks? I am a firm believer, if your going to do it then do it right.

Someone asked me one day why I didn't just buy a "super car" like a Porsche? I see his point. Hell I am spending about the same amount of money. My response to him was simple. Before the 350z I had a 300zx. I got the 350z because I love the Z car. I could have gotten a Porsche but its just not a Z. The fun in this is not to just buy a car and have what you want. The fun is to buy a car and make it what you want. I feel it's really cool to watch a car go from what a lot of people have to a car that is one of a kind. This is why I wanted to keep up with this thread. My hope is to show people that you can do anything with your car if you just work at it. I know some people will say "Yea you can do anything if you just have the money to put into it." I do not just dump money into the car. I work very hard with companies to build this car up. This is something anyone can do.

I have to say everyone on this thread has been really cool! All of you fools are the best of the best. Keep working on the cars and show all the old people that building up a car is not just for the 34 coops and 69 Mustangs! You are all Bad A$$!!

OK that was deep but just some thoughts I had.
