can have it replaced, but headlights are not sealed on the backside. so humidity can get in. and in certain conditions it can fog. ussually this will go away on its own eventually. if its REALLY bad and all the time, then the seal on the front of the housing might be leaking(this would let alot of water in on a rainy drive); then get em replaced.
give it 1-2weeks, if it gets worse go to dealer. itll probably go away.
