Here's some pics of mine. The quality of the carbon fiber is very nice, tight, even weave. the fitment on the other hand isn't perfect. There's corners and edges that are short, where you can see the aluminum finish still, and the cut out around the Z isn't dead on. I might've just got a badly cut piece? I never complained to EVO-R because I just figured it was a production flaw. Those little things do bother me though when I look at it.

Chad,

The last pictures looks worst than the ones I've installed. I know there are some places where the edges are a little short but nothing as bad as that (seems you could have tape it down a little more; based from your picture). As for the Z cut-out every covers we have are the same; slightly bigger than the OEM Z.

No, It is short. I'm not so much concerned about the Z cut out. I removed all of the surround trim and installed it. Even when you push down on that edge it still doesn't cover. Trust me i tried.

Does that do anything for the people who already have them? Am I the only one that had the fitment issues?

We'll have to see what the factory can do regarding anyone that has issue with their rear cover, so far only 2 buyers (including "Chadhatesu") notify us regarding this issue and we've sold over 90+ sets.

Default Here is my rear strut bar cover in real CF!

I just wanted to post a picture or two of my rear strut bar cover. It is overlayed with real kevlar/CF and the Z logo is applied ontop of it. This is a different alternative rather than having a stick on CF cutout. If people are interested I can point you in the right direction, there is a website with 350z and tech in the name (I won't link it because people have been banned for less). You will find a thread over there with all of the info.
