I will be making boots

I need a real, VERY accurate count on the steering wheel covers. If you guys REALLY want them, I can make them. Just so you guys know, I make exactly $0 on the boots and will continue that massive profit margin over to the wheel covers if you guys want them. Start up a thread to see how many want them and I'll do what I can. Colors are really of little importance, but ask what colors the guys/gals want. If you can get me 5 (the more you get the lower the price as more of you guys will be splitting my cost of the original cover), I'll order the one you pointed me to and I'll get a price to you guys for the custom colors. And my promise to you is that, as with the boots, if you don't like it, send it back for a full refund and no one will ever pay less than the initial batch ... not fair to you guys. These will be all HAND MADE.

Also still trying to get the perfect orange match thread.
I came accross this thread and was wondering if the leather you are using is dyed. I sent you a PM requesting a source on the leather or if I can get the leather from you for other applications. Look forward to hearing from you. Have you ever used or heard of a company called 'American Stitching' for your leather needs

all leather must be dyed ... but to answer the more important leather question, the manufacturer of this leather is ...

Classic Soft Trim

Rest assured, it is the best you can buy and the only manufacturer with this color leather (yes Katskin has it but they buy from CST). They supply about 1/3 of the world its leather. They supply leather to Nissan for the factory leather in all Nissan cars/trucks.

and yes, I can get you all the quantity you want ... the only requirement is you use it for your needs only ... no resale.

And my leather comes straight from CST, no middle man.

You can do anything you want ... whether I listen is a whole other story But yeah, I'll make yours with orange thread.

I just bought one of these for my Touring w/ Burnt Orange leather and the boot is an EXACT match. Mike is a great guy and I highly recommend this boot. It makes the stock boot look and feel so cheap. I will post pics of mine later.

so, when should we expect the steering wheel covers? I would be first in line to buy one (for the right price).

I have a lot of projects right now. Boots, a ton of bulk leather, my own personal Vortech install, my own personal stereo install and update, and a couple of others. Gimmie a couple of weeks to see what I can get done. It may not be cost sffective ... but trust me, I will try !!!

So 350trackz,
What made you choose the vortec S/C over the other brands of S/C or even the TT for that matter. I have yet to hear anyone give a good reason why you choose one over the other especially when it comes to SC vs TT.
So far the Vortec has gotten good reviews but so has the Greddy TT.
