Glen,
its easy to take off, as long as you can fill the holes where the OEM lip/spoiler, its leaves 3 basic holes where the lip/spoiler is, i've seen shops fill them by welding over them, and closing them up and sanding them smooth...but...good luck...seriously find a good shop to do it or you wont be happy with it...i kinda like the oem spoiler...

Default Nismo wing?

Yes, and there are 4 holes, not three.

Two holes at abut 2 inches from the ends and two about 4 inches off center. The center holes have plastic clips inside them, where the stock spoiler clips into them. Also a lot of double stick tape around the perimeter of the spoiler.

The nismo wing, whether replica or real should cover the inner holes, and uses the exterior holes as mounting point. Two additionl holes must be drilled about 6 inches ahead of the exterior holes to accomodate the two other mounting bolts.
Aslo be prepared on the nismo wing to work around the rear hatch wiper motor. Drilling on the inner panel of the hatch to get the bolt thru the top may have to be completed at an angle.

As for how the stillen bolts on, I am sorry I dont known.

Bad drawing but it might help.

The hardest part of the whole process is reomving the glue from the original spoiler. Its a pain. Your best bet is to go to the local home depot and buy goo gone. Its like a gel and it helps remove the glue. Its really caked on their. Between heating up the glue and goog gone you'll be fine. It just take time and patience. Good luck.
