Default Custom Centre Console Gauge mount

I posted this and many more pics in the Forced Induction forum, figuring it was more relevant to that audience.

Let me know what you think......

Sticks out way to far.

Not my cup of tea. I'd like to see 2 on top of the middle of the 3 in the dash, that might look good.

To each his own - the pods do stick out, and that's the look I was goin' for. - I find helps get them at nearly the same distance as the main instrument cluster, making the gauges very legible.

Can you angle them the same way as the three stock gauges?

It looks a little odd that the aren't in line with the ones above them.

Also, not digging how far they stick out -- but if you are happy that is all that counts.

Hi Rampant,

That would be ideal. Unfortunately, space is at a premium - I had to cut out a portion of my custom console box on the far right to allow the pod to "stick out" into the dash interior, just to get any angle action going at all. I will try cutting a little more and see if I can get more of an angle when I do my next test fitment.

I am thinking of having a machine shop "cut-off" the ends in varying lengths - the shortest cup should be closest to the driver - to better match the stock three-gauge cluster look. I need to wait for the gauges to arrive as the UEGO is a bit deeper than the others, so I need to make they fit properly first.

Thanks for the constructive feedback.

eww...i aggree it does stick off to far...you know what would look sick tho? to have the middle dash console fiberglasses and have the 3 circles be flush with the top 3 circles...that would look hot...does that make sense?

hideous

i prefer a cleaner "stock" look.

hell may as well velcro them to the dash - that would look better.

also...many ppl have a screen...
