i didnt really understand yer post but are you talking bout is there any worry of getting water into the intake? i honestly am not too worried about that...im gonna have to wait and see exactly how it works and what not...worse comes to worse ill rig up something to direct rain away from the filter but still to get air flow to the filter...

i don't think there would be a problem but i always play it safe with mine. when it rains HARD i put a rag in the hole, but only if it rains hard. better to be safe than sorry! but in all reality i think the air duct would be fine in the rain.

Don't worry about rain. Don't forget you've got a filter to stop some getting through, but a little moisture won't hurt on the intake side anyway. Submerging it would be bad (Sorry Nismo/AEM intake guys!), but up that high -- no prob.
