Yeah, no kidding. I can't wait! Maybe Apex can pay you the $115 and take my spot, and I'll send in another $25 + shipping to get mine now!

Takers anyone?

crap I didn't know that, I would have gladly paid the extra 25 dollars if I could have gotten it now and not months from now... I've waited a month, has anyone called to see where they are on this?

ya, how did you miss this great deal? you seem to always be online! you can still get it, just go www.bulletproofautomotive.com or www.varisusa.com and order. it will take a while though! i just ordered the varis CF exhaust heat shields to go along with all my CF parts including my soon to be installed CF NISMO replica body kit. anyway, what i did to speed things up is have the part shipped to my friend's house in japan then he'll forward the part to me. not a 100 % sure on this but what takes so long to order through places that import from japan is that they have to fill up their containers with orders before shipping. if they send half empty containers they will lose money.

btw cat, you should get a cardomain page to post your pics. it is customizeable and easy to set up!

from japan is that they have to fill up their containers with orders before shipping. if they send half empty containers they will lose money.

BP has at least one container every month so that is not the case with them.

Correct we ship a full 40' container ever 4 weeks at the latest. This is to keep a reliable flow of products from Japan for our retail and wholesale clients. Even if the container is half empty we're still going to ship it and take a financial hit because our reputation is more important to us than saving a couple grand on a shipment. We've been doing it that way for quite some time now and we like to think that it's one of the key things that seperates us from our competitors.

With specialist manufacturers like VARIS, the delays are typically due to production time, not waiting for containers. Like for instance right now, VARIS is working overtime to fulfill demand as they're growing rapidly in Japan. Even the business manager is helping out with the production to keep things rolling!

By the way, we have front lips in both FRP and carbon in stock right now for the Z.

We're also looking to sponsor someone who's interested in install the full carbon Arising II kit on their Z (full bumper version). This would not be a fully free kit, but would be supplied at below wholesale pricing to aid in the production of a promotional vehicle to be used in magazine and website promotions. We need only one car, in the LA area preferrably.
