they go behind the rear wheels, not directly behind it but under the car behind it...
they are installed at the factory, not dealer installed... odd...
ive been meaning to grab a pic of them installed on a car...

I have those on my Performance model too. Its not specific to TRACK models, just those models with the Aero Kit. Track just comes with aero kit, so people assume it's a "track option".
Aero Kit includes:
Front Chin diffuser
Rear decklid lip-style spoiler
Rear underbody diffusers (as pictured up top)

The "Factory" aero kit that is available for any version includes the front chin diffuser and the rear deck lid spoiler.
The Track model comes standard with the rear underbody diffusers, and they are not offered as a dealer option, but are available through Performance Nissan.....

The front chin spoiler simply clips to the small lip that hangs down from the bottom of the OEM bumper cover. It only adds 5.25mm so it is mostly cosmetic.
To answer the question, I think yes, with a few modifications (removal of some retainer pins) you could add it to any aftermarket bumper cover that used the same bottom hole pattern (bumper cover to under engine pan) as the OEM. You may have to use some thick (nylon) fender washers to get it to set right.
