Default C-West CF lip on my CS track car installed

Well, after pondering what I was going to do with the thing I waited 7 months for, I decided to install it; hopeful for some extra front downforce at the track.

Car hasn't been washed in 4 weeks, so you don't need to remind me that it's dirty...

I like it! I used to have that front lip but it got to be a bit too much for daily speed bumps and other obstacles.

Oh yeah, just FYI, if that lip doesn't help in downforce, the top secret diffuser was wing tunnel proven..

And take some pics from far away, so we can get an idea of the entire car with the lip!

No sideskirts... and yes, it is a pretty damn aggressive front end for a car that has no other "intentional" appearance mods...

My V1 lip was urethane, not CF, but I think I'm going to hang on to it as back-up in case an agricultural experience on track shatters the C-West one. I will say the V1 lip cuts grass well, and I imagine the C-West one will cut grass even better.

Well, I was able to make it out of my driveway, which is a challenge in itselft. I am pretty good about avoiding speed bumps since my car rarely sees daily streety mileage.

As for Sept 12, my car will be temporarily out of commission then for a TS ECU reflash and new rear end assembly (350Evo ring&pinion, Nismo diff, Nismo diff cover).

As dissapointed I am in you for never spending some time at my meets, I'm glad to see you're really going nuts with the mods! I'll def have to check out the 3.9 final drive.. although I know I can't get it since install is a B!TCH by what I hear.

By the way, did you install this C-West lip with your JICs or without?

Looks good, I was gonna get that lip too for my SB (I think CF on black looks best, but it doesnt look bad at all on your silver).

I ended up just getting a regular F-glass lip from Intense Motorsports.

But nice lip there!
